SkiaCanvas.AddSemanticRegion(Rect, SemanticInfo) Method

Says what bounds is to someone who cannot see it: a heading, a navigation landmark, a button that is pressed. A canvas for a format that carries it (SVG) writes it, so assistive technology can read the drawing; a canvas of pixels, or one that records its structure another way (the PDF canvas, through a tag recorder), ignores it, which is what the default does. Areas are added in reading order, and each is a region of its own: the nesting of the document is not written.
