Makes a document from a page built in code instead of parsed from HTML, ready to be laid out.

Parameters

page DeclarativePage

the page, made by CreatePage() and filled with nodes

options HtmlDocumentOptions

the page size, margins and style environment, or null for the defaults of HtmlDocumentOptions

styleSheet StyleSheet

rules applied to the tree, including an @page rule for geometry the page did not set itself, or null for none
