SkiaCanvas.Dispose() Method

Pops everything still pushed and puts the SkiaSharp.SKCanvas back to the save level it was at. Safe to call more than once. A canvas passed to FromCanvas(SkiaRenderContext, SKCanvas, Rect, SkiaLinkOptions) is left open and usable.
