RadialGradientBrush(PaintPoint, PaintPoint, double, double, IReadOnlyList<GradientStop>, GradientSpread, Nullable<Matrix3x2>)	A gradient that varies with distance from Center/Focus out to an ellipse of radius (RadiusX, RadiusY).

Properties
Center	The center of the outer ellipse the gradient’s last stop reaches.
Focus	The point the gradient’s first stop starts at - equal to Center for a concentric radial gradient.
FocusRadius	The radius of the circle around Focus the gradient’s first stop fills, in the units of RadiusX (0, the default, is a point). Meaningful for a circular gradient; with a nonzero value the gradient is the two-circle (conical) gradient from this circle to the outer one.
RadiusX	The outer ellipse’s horizontal radius.
RadiusY	The outer ellipse’s vertical radius.
Spread	How the gradient behaves past its own outer ellipse.
Stops	The gradient’s colour stops, in ascending GradientStop`Position` order.
Transform	An optional matrix, applied after the geometry above, that carries the gradient’s ellipse into the coordinates the brush is painted in - what lets it rotate or skew, which a pair of axis-aligned radii cannot express. null when the geometry is already in paint coordinates.
