InkCrossings Class
Finds where a run of text puts ink inside a horizontal band, so a line drawn through that band (an underline, say) can be broken around the letters. This is what GetInkCrossings(string, Font, PaintPoint, double, double, double, Nullable<ShapeSettings>) answers for a canvas that has the glyph outlines.
