the x-coordinate of the arc’s end point

the y-coordinate of the arc’s end point

the ellipse’s x-axis rotation, in degrees

isLargeArc System.Boolean

whether to take the larger of the two possible arcs

sweepClockwise System.Boolean

whether the arc is drawn in the clockwise direction
