PdfEncryptionOptions.ReadOnly(string, string) Method
Creates options for a read-only document: viewable, printable and copyable, but not editable (see ReadOnly).
public static PeachPDF.PdfEncryptionOptions ReadOnly(string? userPassword=null, string? ownerPassword=null);
Parameters
userPassword System.String
The password to open the document, or null for none.
ownerPassword System.String
The password that lifts the restrictions, or null to make them permanent.
