ITextSpanContainer.TotalPages() Method
Appends the document’s total page count. Only resolves inside Header(Action<IContainer>)/ Footer(Action<IContainer>) content - elsewhere it renders as an empty span, since a page count has no meaning outside repeating per-page content.
